The Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence builds on the Griffith Business School’s reputation as a leader in franchise research and franchise education.
The Centre addresses the need for dedicated research, education and an ongoing focus on the franchise sector. Although officially launched on March 6, 2008 our academics have been researching the sector for more than a decade.
With close ties to industry, government and professional associations the Centre will continue quality franchise research, offer consultancies and provide training and education to further the sector and inform policy. The Centre can also tailor skilling solutions to suit any franchise system.
Drawing on Griffith’s expertise as one of the first institutions in Australia to specialise in the Asia-Pacific region, the Centre can also provide information and research on expanding franchise systems internationally.
The Centre is continuing to expand its research expertise and is open to discuss new projects or research areas. The Centre also has the capability to supervise research and higher degree students.
Partnership and sponsorship opportunities are also available, and all gifts made to the Centre through the Griffith University Fund are eligible for tax deductibility within the guidelines outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. Contact us to find out more and explore opportunities.
