To assist franchisors and franchisees to comply with national workplace laws the Australian Fair Work Ombudsman now offers a National Franchise Program with a range of workshops, practical tools and resources.
The National Franchise Program was developed to assist franchisors and franchisees to comply with workplace laws, which is important to the reputation of any franchise brand.
The National Franchise Program offers franchisors the opportunity to work with the Fair Work Ombudsman to promote fair and compliant workplaces across their franchise business, and is a free and voluntary program for franchisors has now commenced.

Registrations for the 2012 National Franchise Program intake are open, and close Wednesday, 29 February. Places are limited.
