Franchise Growth Masterclass

FGMC-Shop-Banner-700x250px

Get access to two senior franchise executives who led the transformation of Brumby’s from ailing bakery chain to franchise success in just three years, at this unique event to accelerate your franchise growth.

Be guided through the same 8-step process that led to the sale of Brumby’s for $46 million to Retail Food Group in 2007.

Imagine having a senior franchisor AND his former business coach spend a day with you (and up to two other key members of your team) to analyse your franchise and develop a one-page strategic plan for growth.

And all for the fraction of the price it would usually cost.

What impact would that have on the direction and success of your franchise?

At this Master Class former Brumby’s CEO Michael Sherlock and Senior Business Coach Alan Anderson will reveal the framework, structure and process that led Brumby’s to double its share price annually from 56c to nearly $3.60 before selling to Retail Food Group for $46 million in 2007.

You will be guided on how to implement the same 8-step process Michael used to transform Brumby’s, which can be applied to any business so you can identify and overcome the impediments to growth in your franchise and accelerate your success - regardless of your industry or size.

You’ll walk away with a one-page action plan to overcome your barriers.

PLUS, receive a complimentary one hour consultation up to 90 days after the event for support with the implementation process. And you'll earn Certified Franchise Executive education points.

No other training event offers this level of customised, individual and highly practical support to get your franchise to where you want it to be.

Testimonials

"Michael Sherlock's insight into the franchise industry is unparalleled. Having the perspective of being with a franchise business through the difficult and good times and his capacity to be able to draw on real-life business scenarios into the workshop provided our network with a greater understanding that their issues were not unique. The benefitting result was a shared understanding of the positions of both the Franchisor and Franchise Partners and a common strategic direction." - Dominic Cornwell, Noodle Box General Manager Retail Operations

Having been in the food retail business for 30 years, as both franchisor and franchisee, I highly recommend Michael’s very real and practical approach to business. Michael truly articulates the do’s and don’ts of growing a business through his years of experience. Most owners want to grow their business however there are many pitfalls along the way. Michael and Alan’s approach helps you navigate through this exciting journey.” - Mike Bolton, McDonald’s Multiple Unit Franchisee
